I quite a few years ago, so i dont know if stuff has changed much, but I got legendary cart with the following build:

Escape
Zojuns Haste
Dodge
Heal Area
Purge Conditions
Remove Hex
Holy Veil
Mending

I dont have eotn, and i havnt played for a while. So any improvements would be nice.

Either way, you missed the memo that mending is god awful.

this the build i've used for a long time, you can run most everywhere excluding the southern shiverpeaks with it (i've ran most of tyria with this build, works great for running from old ascalon to sanctum cay. mapped most of cantha and elona with it too)

13 beast mastery, 14 expertise, 3 wilderness survival, 6 shadow arts

Rampage as One
Run as One
Never Rampage Alone
("I'm Unstoppable!") Antidote Signet?
(Feel No Pain) Troll Unguent/Shadow Refuge?
Death's Charge
Comfort Animal
(Charm Animal) Heart of Shadow?

i recommend a using playful pet over any other (i've ran with a dire pet, they die rather fast)

purge conditions is terrible along with mending. replace purge with mending touch as it is also affected by expertise. replace mending with..anything.

also zodiac, one could assume he was a ranger with this being in the ranger forum, as well as having 3 skills linked to expertise.
